Play therapy is a crucial therapeutic approach in child psychiatry, particularly for addressing the psychological challenges of young children. For children, play is a primary means of self-expression. Since many young children struggle to articulate their feelings and experiences verbally, play provides a natural avenue for them to express emotions and conflicts.
